🌱 Position Overview

  • Location: Mocksville, NC (Private Land)
  • Schedule: Flexible | Set your own availability
  • Pay: Commission-based β€” earn per client/session
  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099 status)

🌸 What You'll Do

  • Lead community nature walks and reflective outdoor experiences
  • Support garden-based activities and mindful observation practices
  • Share knowledge of plants, wellness habits, and simple self-care tools
  • Offer calm, encouraging presence in group and individual settings
  • Help create safe, welcoming, and culturally respectful nature spaces
  • Represent Blu Roses Garden LLC with professionalism and purpose
  • Track your visits for commission-based compensation

  • Passionate about nature, community, and creative wellness
  • Friendly and confident leading small groups outdoors
  • Open-minded and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in education, peer support, wellness, or community care is a plus
  • Comfortable with light walking, standing, or lifting (gardening tools, chairs, etc.)
  • First Aid/CPR certified (preferred but not required)
