Recently, I participated in some heartfelt initiatives creating handcrafted items to bring comfort and hope to survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, human trafficking, child abuse and elder abuse.
*Handcrafted with Love*
*Beaded Bracelets and Necklaces*
With each thread and bead, we stitched love, resilience and empowerment. These delicate accessories serve as symbols of strength.
- Materials: beads, string, wire and clasps
- Techniques: basic beading, wire wrapping and knotting
- Inspiration: vibrant colors, nature-inspired patterns
*Ribbons of Hope*
Colorful ribbons adorned the space, representing unity and solidarity.
- Materials: satin ribbons, scissors and tape
- Techniques: cutting, tying and arranging
- Inspiration: survivor stories, empowering quotes
*Nurturing Plants*
Greenery brings life and serenity to the space.
- Plant selection: calming herbs (lavender, chamomile), low-maintenance plants (succulents)
- Planters: decorative pots, recycled containers
- Care: watering, pruning and love

A clothing drive collected gently used shirts, providing comfort and essentials.
