ROLE OVERVIEW

This position does not involve therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver authorized Medicaid community support services in compliance with NC Medicaid coverage policies
- Provide non-clinical, trauma-informed, community-based support
- Complete accurate, timely service documentation supporting billed hours
- Participate in required QP oversight, case consultation, and documentation review
- Coordinate services in alignment with authorizations and service plans
- Adhere to agency policies, ethics standards, and compliance requirements
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS โ QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL
Education (Required):
Must meet NC Medicaid QP criteria, including one of the following:
- Bachelorโs degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Counseling, or a closely related human services field and required experience; or
- Higher degree meeting NC Medicaid QP standards
Experience (Required):
- Experience delivering community-based human services
- Knowledge of documentation standards and professional boundaries
Medicaid Eligibility (Required):
- Must meet NC Medicaid Qualified Professional requirements
- Must be eligible to render Medicaid community support services under agency billing
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in community settings
- Strong written documentation skills
- Willingness to participate in QP oversight activities
- Clear criminal background and reference verification

- Submit Medicaid claims through NCTracks and applicable MCO portals
- Track service authorizations and billed units
- Monitor claim status, denials, and remittances
- Resolve denied or rejected claims

ROLE OVERVIEW
Blu Roses Garden LLC is seeking Supervised Visitation and Exchange Monitors to provide neutral, structured oversight of parent-child visitation and custody exchanges. This is a non-clinical, observational role focused on child safety, neutrality, and accurate documentation.
Monitors do not provide therapy, counseling, parenting education, or recommendations to the court.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor supervised visitation and custody exchanges in accordance with court orders and agency protocols
- Maintain neutrality and ensure physical and emotional safety during visits
- Observe and document interactions using objective, factual language
- Follow all safety procedures, boundaries, and confidentiality requirements
- Submit timely, accurate visitation notes and incident reports when required
- Adhere strictly to agency policies and visitation guidelines
REQUIRED TRAINING
- Completion of 24 hours of required supervised visitation monitor training is mandatory prior to independent assignment
- Training costs are paid for by Blu Roses Garden LLC
- Time spent completing required training is not compensated
- Training must be successfully completed and documented before monitors may accept paid visitation assignments
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS โ VISITATION MONITOR
Education (Required):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Coursework or degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, or a related field preferred
Experience (Preferred):
- Experience working with children and families
- Experience in supervised visitation, child welfare, education, or community services preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to remain neutral and professional in high-conflict situations
- Strong written documentation and observation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in community settings
- Successful completion of background check and reference verification

Blu Roses Garden LLC accepts approved BSW practicum students for educational field placement in accordance with CSWE standards and university requirements. This opportunity is educational only, non-billable, and does not replace paid staff or contractors.
BSW INTERN SCOPE
BSW Interns May:
- Observe community-based, non-clinical support services
- Participate in structured learning activities and supervision
- Review sample documentation and workflows for educational purposes
- Complete approved learning assignments aligned with university objectives
BSW Interns May Not:
- Provide independent or billable Medicaid services
- Complete or submit documentation used for Medicaid billing
- Replace paid QP, PSS, or administrative staff
- Perform unsupervised client work
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS โ BSW INTERN
Education (Required):
- Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor of Social Work program
Academic Requirements (Required):
- University approval for field placement
- Completion of all prerequisite coursework required by the program
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to comply with agency policies and confidentiality standards
- Background check as required by the university and agency
- Signed practicum agreement between the university, student, and agency
