Shamika Pompey aka "Blu"ย is a Masters of Social Work (MSW) professional, Qualified Professional (QP), victim advocate, and community-based support provider with over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and systems-impacted communities.
Her background includes work in:
- Child welfare and CPS-related systems
- Family justice and supervised visitation
- Victim advocacy and safety-focused support
- Early childhood and family education
- Crisis response and community-based services
Shamikaโs work blends practical guidance, education, and structured support with nature-connected experiences that encourage grounding, reflection, and forward movement.
