Hi, I’m Shamika Pompey—also known as Blu. I’m the founder of Blu Roses Garden LLC, a heart-led space rooted in nature, growth, and soulful transformation. My journey is personal and purposeful. I am the brand—bringing presence, passion, and care into every seed I help plant.

Blu Roses Garden began during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Gardening became my refuge—a sacred, grounding ritual that brought peace, clarity, and a new purpose. Now I’m sharing that same healing energy with others.

My mission is simple: to help people grow through what they go through. Whether you’re navigating a life challenge or simply seeking peace through nature, this is a space where transformation is welcome and healing is always possible.

As a social worker, qualified professional, nature-based coach, survivor, and advocate, I bring both professional insight and lived wisdom into every offering. From community support to guided nature experiences, Blu Roses Garden is where restoration meets resilience.

Shamika Pompey is a qualified Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) professional, qualified professional, trauma-informed coach, nature wellness practitioner, and advocate with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities. Her work blends structured support with holistic, community-based engagement—offering services that center dignity, growth, and joy.
