Join Us as a Qualified Professional (QP)
We are currently hiring Qualified Professionals (QPs) to serve families in the community. This role is perfect for school staff with experience in education, social work, behavioral health, or child/family support.
Job Description:
- Work one-on-one with families to build stability and access resources.
- Help clients navigate housing, food, medical, and community supports.
- Provide trauma-informed, healing-centered engagement.
- Connect families to nature-based wellness opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to recruit families who need support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (social work, psychology, education, etc.) OR relevant experience that qualifies under NC QP standards.
- Passion for helping children and families.
- Commitment to equity, dignity, and holistic care.
