Private Garden Plot Rentals

Want to grow vegetables, herbs, or flowers but need more space? Garden plots may be available for people with small yards, apartment living, or HOA restrictions.

Seasonal and monthly rentals may be offered, along with optional gardening guidance or maintenance support. Prices start at $35. We will confirm the rental period, price, and available options before you book.

Vacation Deals and Travel Getaways

Explore possible mountain retreats, coastal getaways, cabins, and nature-focused resort stays through Westgate travel providers. Westgate handles availability, pricing, and reservations through its own booking portal.

Nature-Centered Outdoor Experiences

Options may include Walk & Talk sessions, guided outdoor reflection, Garden with Me sessions, and private outdoor recreation. We will discuss the activity, location, and price with you before scheduling.

Seasonal Hunting and Camping Access

Limited access to a private 34-acre natural property may be available for lawful hunting, walking, and solitude. Primitive camping may also be offered. There are no camping amenities, so bring your own gear.

Hunting requires advance approval and must follow current North Carolina regulations, applicable seasons, and the property rules.

Requirements Before Hunting Entry

• Valid NC hunting license and ID: Send both at least 10 days before your hunt. Bring any additional credentials required for your planned hunt.
• Signed liability waiver: Review and sign the Hunting Waiver & Release of Liability before entering the property.
• One animal per day maximum: All hunting and harvesting must follow applicable law.
• Bring your own pop-up blind or stand. No field dressing or butchering on the property.
• No alcohol, ATVs, or trash dumping.
• Check in and out by phone on the day of your hunt.
• No refunds for guest cancellations. If Blu Roses Garden LLC cancels, you will receive a full refund.

Experiences depend on season, weather, location, and availability. Outdoor areas may have uneven ground, insects, wildlife, and changing conditions. Review the details of your chosen experience before booking.
