Maintenance fee covers land cleanup, trash removal, and future food plot development.

Only 1 animal may be taken per day
Valid NC Hunting License & Government ID required 10 days before hunt
Must bring and remove your own pop-up stand/blind
No field dressing or butchering allowed on property
No littering, alcohol, or unauthorized vehicles (no ATVs)
Signed liability waiver is required before entry
You must check in and out by phone or text on the day of your hunt
No refunds if you cancel, regardless of reason
Full refund guaranteed if Blu Roses Garden LLC cancels your appointment for any reason
A signed landowner permission form will be provided at check-in for your records and compliance.
