As of Nov 1, 2025, Blu Roses Garden LLC is officially contracted as a Participating Provider with Carolina Complete Health under the Medicaid Standard Plan and the Tailored Plan (Partners Health Management + Trillium Health Resources).

This means Carolina Complete members may receive covered services through our practice when medically necessary and authorized.

  2. Carolina Complete will confirm eligibility, benefits, and any authorizations needed.
  3. You will be connected to our practice to schedule your services.

Carolina Complete covers services based on:

  • Your Medicaid eligibility
  • The type of service
  • Prior authorization requirements
  • Medical necessity, as defined in your plan

We do not bill members directly, except for allowed Medicaid cost-sharing (rare).

(This rule comes from your contractโ€™s โ€œHold Harmlessโ€ clauseโ€”you cannot bill the member for covered services.)
