📜 Service Policies & Rules

At Blu Roses Garden LLC, our priority is providing safe, neutral, and professional supervised visitation and exchange services. To ensure the well-being of children and compliance with court orders, all parents/guardians must follow these policies:

General Policies

• Prepayment Required: All services must be prepaid before scheduling. Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.
• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Neutrality: Our staff remain impartial at all times. We do not provide legal advice, custody recommendations, or personal opinions to the court. Reports are factual and objective only.

Supervised Visitation Rules

• Arrival & Departure: Parents must arrive on time. Late arrivals reduce visitation time and may still be charged in full.
• No Drugs, Alcohol, or Weapons: Parents and visitors must not use, possess, or be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or weapons during services.
• Appropriate Behavior: Parents are expected to use respectful, child-appropriate language and avoid negative comments about the other parent.
• No Gifts or Recording: Gifts, recording devices, or unauthorized individuals are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• End of Visit: At the end of the session, children must return to the designated caregiver or exchange monitor immediately.

Exchange Monitoring Rules

• Neutral Drop-Offs: Parents must follow staff directions at all times.
• No Contact: Parents are not permitted to interact with each other during exchanges.
• Timeliness: Both parties must arrive on time to ensure smooth and safe transitions.

Reporting & Confidentiality

• Court Reports: Reports will include dates, times, attendance, and factual observations only.
• Confidentiality: All personal information is kept confidential except when required by court order or mandated reporting laws.
• Mandated Reporting: Staff are legally required to report suspected child abuse, neglect, or threats of harm.

💳 Private Pay Packages

Single Safe Passage – $150 per exchange

• One complete pickup/drop-off with neutral supervision and documentation

Full Court Support Plan – $750 per month

• Up to 4 exchanges per month
