Blu Roses Garden LLC provides private, third-party supervised visitation and monitored exchange services for families navigating court-ordered or voluntary custody arrangements where safety, neutrality, and structure are essential.

Our services are intentionally designed to support child-focused, calm, and respectful interactions while maintaining strict professional boundaries. We do not investigate, evaluate, advocate, or influence legal outcomes. Our role is limited, neutral, and procedural.

Blu Roses Garden LLC operates as an independent, privately owned service provider and is not affiliated with CPS, DSS, the courts, law enforcement, or any government agency.

Scope of Services

Services are offered in controlled, pre-approved settings within select North Carolina counties. When appropriate and agreed upon by all parties, outdoor or nature-adjacent settings may be utilized, provided they meet all safety and supervision requirements.

Services Include:

• Supervised Visitation
  Structured, in-person parent-child visits facilitated by a neutral third party
  (typically 1–3 hours)

• Monitored Exchanges
  Brief, structured drop-off and pick-up transitions without parent interaction

• Written Session Summaries (Optional)
  Factual documentation of dates, times, and general observations
  (descriptive only; no opinions or recommendations)

• Intake & Orientation
  Required preparation for all participating adults prior to service delivery

All services are delivered using a safety-first, trauma-aware framework centered on the child’s well-being and emotional regulation.

Professional Standards & Boundaries

Blu Roses Garden LLC maintains clear operational boundaries to protect all parties involved.

• We do not conduct investigations
• We do not make custody recommendations
• We do not provide legal advocacy
• We do not testify unless legally compelled
• We do not engage in case decision-making

Our role is limited to facilitation, supervision, and documentation as permitted.

Private-Pay Fee Schedule

• Supervised Visitation: $60 per hour
• Monitored Exchange: $35 per exchange
• Written Session Summary: $75 (upon request)
• Safe Passage Exchange (Transportation): $150 per exchange
• Monthly Routine Exchange Plan: $500 per month (up to 4 exchanges)

Payment is required in advance to confirm scheduling.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice.

3. Service Delivery

The Safe Passage Exchange Bundle™ is an optional service designed to reduce tension during transitions by providing neutral third-party transportation assistance in conjunction with monitored exchanges.
