๐ŸŒฟ Garden-Based Support Sessions for Survivors

Confidential, Non-Clinical Support by Blu Roses Garden LLC

Youโ€™ve been through enough. You deserve a safe place to pause, breathe, and be supportedโ€”without judgment or pressure.

If you are navigating the impact of domestic violence, sexual abuse, child or elder abuse, or emotionally overwhelming experiences, Blu Roses Garden offers private, non-clinical support sessions designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more informed as you consider your next steps.

These sessions are supportive and wellness-focused, offered in a peaceful outdoor setting or virtually, and centered on listening, grounding, and practical guidanceโ€”not therapy or treatment.

๐ŸŒธ Who These Sessions Are For

These sessions may be helpful for:

  • Adults impacted by harm, abuse, or unsafe relationships
  • Youth with a parent or legal guardian present
  • Individuals currently navigating safety concerns or major transitions
  • Survivors feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to start
  • People seeking support that does not feel clinical or institutional

You do not need a diagnosis or referral to book.

๐ŸŒป What to Expect

Sessions are one-on-one with Shamika Pompey, BSW, a trained victim advocate and Qualified Professional with experience supporting individuals and families navigating high-stress systems.

Support may include:

  • A private, respectful space to talk at your own pace
  • General education about options, resources, and next steps
  • Support with boundaries, self-regulation, and confidence rebuilding
  • Practical discussion around safety planning education and support options
  • Choice of an outdoor, garden-based setting or virtual meeting

You control what is shared. There is no pressure to disclose more than you are ready for.

๐Ÿ’ผ Session Options

  • Intro Consultation (60 minutes) โ€“ $60
  • Follow-Up Support (45 minutes) โ€“ $45
  • Support Series (3 sessions) โ€“ $150
  • Garden-Based Session (60 minutes, in person) โ€“ $75

Sessions may include optional grounding activities such as quiet walking, journaling, or mindfulnessโ€”only if desired.

๐ŸŒฟ Why the Garden?

Many people find that nature offers a sense of calm and safety when indoor spaces feel overwhelming. The garden setting provides:

  • Privacy and quiet
  • Gentle sensory grounding
  • Space to reflect without feeling rushed

You may sit, walk, or simply be presentโ€”whatever feels supportive that day.

๐ŸŒ Virtual Support Available

If you are unable to meet in Mocksville, virtual sessions are available by phone or secure video. These sessions offer the same supportive structure and pacing, with optional grounding practices adapted for remote support.

๐ŸŒผ Support That Respects Your Pace

This service is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for licensed mental health, medical, or legal care. It is human, practical supportโ€”centered on dignity, safety, and clarity.

If additional or licensed services are needed, referrals may be provided.
