What This Is
The Nature Immersion Package is a flexible, trauma-informed wellness experience designed to support grounding, emotional clarity, and rest through intentional time in nature. Services are led by a Qualified Professional (BSW) and rooted in community-based support principles.

This is not therapy. It is private-pay, nature-based support and wellness, created for people who feel overwhelmed, burned out, in transition, or simply in need of calm connection.

What’s Included
Each package allows you to choose a personalized mix of nature-based experiences, such as:

• Guided or self-guided forest walks and grounding time
• Walk & Talk emotional support sessions
• Creative art activities using natural materials
• Educational plant and herb walks
• Quiet gardening or companionable outdoor time
• Solo reflection with journaling prompts or affirmations
• Indoor plant styling or green-space planning (virtual or in-person)

Your experience is paced, flexible, and shaped around what feels supportive for you.
